Dr. Tibet is a physician, public health academic, health economist, healthcare manager, and strategic advisor working at the intersection of HTA, HEOR, market access, reimbursement, procurement, health policy, and health systems. 

Portfolio: Clinical Sciences and Outcomes Research; Executive Education, Curriculum and Research Communication. 

Dr. Karadağ brings senior academic and international experience in public health, global health, equity, outcomes research, health policy, education, and research communication. 

Portfolio: Surgical and Procedural Technologies. 

Dr. Göktuğ contributes a surgical, procedural, hospital-based, and clinical implementation perspective to the evaluation of health technologies, medical devices, procedures, and care-delivery models.

Dr. Tunç strengthens BAU HTA’s quantitative and data-driven capacity through expertise in biostatistics, medical informatics, mathematical modelling, machine learning, evidence synthesis, and real-world evidence.

Esma Nur Meydan supports BAU HTA’s project development, technology transfer, university–industry collaboration, funding, contract management, and strategic partnership capacity.

Dr. Bük coordinates the Research and Strategy Associates Program and supports BAU HTA’s work in health policy, reimbursement, stakeholder communication, and young professional development. 

Expands BAU HTA’s expert capacity through project-based involvement of academics, consultants, clinicians, industry experts, legal and ethics experts, data specialists, and patient/public representatives.

Supports academic and institutional integration within Bahçeşehir University by connecting BAU HTA with faculties, institutes, and central units.

Provides external strategic guidance across public leadership, HTA, HEOR, market access, payer systems, life sciences, medical technologies, health law, ethics, patient involvement, and institutional development.
