Asst. Prof. Birol Tibet
Founding Director
Portfolio: Health Economics, HEOR, Value Assessment and Market Access; Health Policy, Coverage, Reimbursement, Procurement and Health Systems.
Dr. Tibet is a physician, public health academic, health economist, healthcare manager, and strategic advisor working at the intersection of HTA, HEOR, market access, reimbursement, procurement, health policy, and health systems.
Portfolio: Clinical Sciences and Outcomes Research; Executive Education, Curriculum and Research Communication.
Dr. Karadağ brings senior academic and international experience in public health, global health, equity, outcomes research, health policy, education, and research communication.
Dr. Göktuğ contributes a surgical, procedural, hospital-based, and clinical implementation perspective to the evaluation of health technologies, medical devices, procedures, and care-delivery models.

Dr. Tunç strengthens BAU HTA’s quantitative and data-driven capacity through expertise in biostatistics, medical informatics, mathematical modelling, machine learning, evidence synthesis, and real-world evidence.
